All About Orange

The health benefits found in Orange essential oil are remarkable.
First, Orange consists of 90% D-Limonene which is a constituent that can transform your health and wellness. Many citrus oils have limonene, though Orange and Grapefruit have the highest percentage. You can read more about D-limonene here and here

Orange is incredibly versatile and our family uses this oil in a myriad of ways. It's kind of the Swiss Army Knife of oils. Some of the ways we use Orange are:

// Topically //
Orange is in nearly every roller blend I have: Happy Mama, Owie, Immunity, to name a few.
It's also a great oil to just put a drop on (neat) on your wrists or behind your ears when you're feeling down or frutstrated or worried. My next test is to put a (diluted) drop on my kids when they have bad attitudes. If it helps me get out of a funk, why wouldn't it help them?

// Aromatically //
Orange is constantly in the diffuser this time of year. It smells delicious, purifies the air, and keeps us feeling happy and motivated! This is also in our Air Purifier sprays that we keep in the bathrooms, as well as in our Linen Sprays.

// Internally //
One drop in my water for a wellness boost and a burst of brightness first thing in the morning.

We use Orange for immunity support, skin support, digestion support, combating fatigue, emotional support, and increasing circulation.

You can also use Orange to naturally whiten teeth but just adding a drop to your toothbrush! I looked in to this because I thought it may be dangerous for the enamel of your teeth, but alas! It's not.
The juice of an orange is acidic and has a very low PH which can damage the enamel of your teeth. Orange essential oil, however, was tested and proved to be a very neutral PH. Specifcally, it changed the PH of a glass of water by .5% to 1%.  You can read more about that study here

Orange is a medicine cabinet, cleaning cupboard, and kitchen must-have. And at $10.75 a bottle for Wholesale Members, it's a no-brainer!
