I hope your New Year is off to a roaring start and you're feeling better than you've ever felt before.

It's always a journey isn't it?


Here are some great and easy ways to get that journey's pace to a quick jog rather than a slow crawl.

1. Get started using essential oils! Yes, the time is now! Get your Premium Starter Kit and come oil with us! You'll learn how to take care of yourself and your family in ways you never knew you could.

2. Drink Clean Water! Purify your water and drink a ton of it! Preferably in a glass or stainless-steel cup, but really drink. more. water. Here is a great water filter if you need one

3. Add some good fat to your diet. Your brain, heart, and digestive system will thank you! This is my favorite resource  on the topic and FULL of wonderful scientific information on why you should be eating more fat (and plants).  Our favorites are Avocados, Nuts, Coconut Oil, Almond Butter, Ghee, and wild caught Salmon.

4. Get yourself some Ningxia red and drink it every day. This is a full-body supplement in juice form (it's delicious!) and has a crazy high amounts of antioxidants (For my fellow research nerds, Antioxidants are measured using the ORAC score and Ningxia scores over 30,000. Blueberries have an ORAC score of around 5000 to give a little perspective.) Give your body an extra boost at fighting the free-radicals that we come in contact with all day long.
